2012
Started career at an independent accounting firm, specializing in corporate taxes, Individual income tax, and fundraising support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Actively engaged in addressing clients’ management challenges.
2014
Joined the Transaction Advisory Group at KPMG Tax Corporation. Provided tax advisory services and conducted tax due diligence for domestic and international private equity funds and listed companies, focusing on real estate securitization, corporate reorganizations, and M&A-related transactions.
2017
Moved to GCA Corporation, delivering M&A structuring, financial and tax due diligence, valuation, and financial advisory services. Acquired comprehensive advisory skills while supporting strategic M&A initiatives.
2019
Established VIZ Accounting Office. Expanded services to include tax reduction consulting and financial and tax support for startups, listed companies, and private equity funds.
2021
Established Hiroo Tax Corporation as a Founding Partner. Provided M&A-related services and comprehensive tax support to clients. Simultaneously served as Director and Partner at Hiroo FAS Corporation.
